Users & Roles
User and role management enables role based access control (RBAC) to the information available in Guardian.

Roles
The following roles are available in Guardian:
- Administrator: top level access role with full privileges
- Auditor: read only access to asset management, scan overview and reports
Adding Users
Adding organization member

To add additional member to your organization simply click the Add organization member within users management view and fill in the email address.

Once the user accepts the invitation it is visible in Users list and other attributes such as the role can be configured.
Organization
Organizations are the top-level structures in Guardian: - Can have multiple assets - Support multiple users - Have their own security policies - Maintain separate reports
Each organization represents a separate Guardian account.
We encounrage to have separate Guardian accounts to isolate your logical datacenters or groups of asset fleets.
